Fire Destroys Three Vehicles in Dhaka
A fire broke out early Sunday at a garage located near the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh in the Mohammadpur Beribadh area of Dhaka. The incident involved three vehicles, including two old ambulances, which were completely gutted by the flames.
Rashed Bin Khalid, a duty officer at the Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD) headquarters, reported that the fire started around 12:50 am and quickly spread. The rapid spread of the fire made it a significant challenge for emergency responders who arrived on the scene shortly after.

Two firefighting units from a nearby fire station were dispatched to the location. They worked tirelessly for 25 minutes before managing to bring the blaze under control. According to Khalid, the flames were fully extinguished by approximately 1:30 am.
Despite the intensity of the fire, no casualties were reported. However, the damage was considerable. A parked pickup van and two aging ambulances were severely damaged, according to the fire service official.
