A family from Nyamatuta village is in deep sorrow after losing two of its members in a tragic accident. The siblings were returning home from a relative’s funeral when the incident occurred, leaving the community and online users heartbroken.
The two young individuals lost their lives while traveling on a motorbike. They were heading back to their village after attending a funeral, but their journey took a devastating turn. As they approached the Nyakeromo corner in Amabuko, a truck that was overtaking another vehicle suddenly collided with them.
Tragically, the siblings had no chance to escape as they were trapped by the guardrail on their side of the road, resulting in a fatal crash. The impact was severe, and the scene left many in shock.
In images shared online, two identical heavy trucks carrying loads were seen side by side at the accident site. One of the trucks had crushed the motorcycle, while a body lay next to the other truck, covered with leaves and tree branches. The sight of the wreckage and the loss of life deeply affected those who witnessed the event.
Residents who arrived at the scene were in disbelief, waiting for authorities to take control of the situation. The tragedy has left the community in mourning, with many expressing their grief and support for the family.
