A New Era of Pixar Immersion in the UK

For fans of Pixar animation, a dream is about to come true. The world’s largest immersive Pixar exhibition is set to arrive in the UK, offering an unforgettable journey into the beloved universes of iconic films such asMonsters, Inc.andUp. This multi-sensory experience promises to transport visitors of all ages into the heart of their favorite stories.

The exhibition, titledMundo Pixar Experience, will open at Wembley Park on February 13, 2026. Following its success in Brazil, Mexico, Belgium, and Spain—where it welcomed over 3 million visitors—the event is expected to draw large crowds in London. The exhibition will coincide with the release of two new Pixar films:Hoppersin March andToy Story 5in June.

A Massive and Diverse Exhibition

Spanning more than 3,500 square meters,Mundo Pixar Experiencewill feature 14 different Pixar universes, including over 25 sculptures. Visitors can explore recreated environments from popular films such asToy Story,Monsters, Inc.,Cars,Finding Nemo,Inside Out,Coco, andUp. Each space is designed with intricate set details, ambient music, and unique scents to fully immerse guests in the world of Pixar.

The exhibition will also include a brand-new room created exclusively for the London edition. Fans will have the chance to shrink down to toy size in Andy’s Room fromToy Story, explore the Scare Floor atMonsters, Inc.alongside Mike and Sulley, or race into Flo’s Café fromCarsto meet Lightning McQueen. They can also visit the Headquarters of Riley’s emotions fromInside Out 2and travel from Coco’s Land of the Living to the Land of the Dead.

Interactive Fun and Hidden Treasures

Beyond the immersive sets, the exhibition will offer a special Pixar Ball Treasure Hunt. Guests can search for the famous yellow ball with a red star hidden throughout the venue—a playful nod to the Easter eggs found in many Pixar films.

Expanding the Pixar Experience

This exhibition comes as part of a broader trend of expanding Pixar’s presence in entertainment spaces. Last year, a new Pixar Place Hotel opened in Disney California Adventure Park, featuring 15 floors and 479 rooms dedicated to the artistry and storytelling of Pixar. Inside, guests can find nods to every Pixar film, from classics likeToy StoryandThe Incrediblesto recent hits such asSoul.

The hotel is adorned with vibrant artwork, showcasing early sketches of beloved characters as well as final CGI designs. Each floor pays tribute to a different Pixar film, with murals and art installations that transport guests into the world of animation.


Exciting Changes at Disneyland Paris

Meanwhile, Disneyland Paris is undergoing a major transformation. Walt Disney Studios will be renamed Disney Adventure World, welcoming new attractions based onThe Lion King,Frozen, andUp, along with other immersive experiences. The World of Frozen will open next year, allowing guests to step into the Kingdom of Arendelle and meet Anna, Elsa, and Olaf.
