The Select Committee on Social Services is set to conduct a three-day oversight visit to the Northern Cape, beginning on Tuesday, 11 November 2025.   • Tuesday, 11 November: The day will begin with engagement with the provincial Department of Health in Sol Plaatje Local Municipality. This will be followed by on-site inspections at Beaconsfield Clinic, New Mental Health Hospital, and Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe Hospital.
  • Wednesday, 12 November: The committee will travel to Ga-Segonyane Local Municipality for inspections at Tshwaragano Hospital, Wrenchville Clinic, and Kuruman Hospital.
  • Thursday, 13 November: The final day of the visit will involve site visits to Danielskuil and Deportshopop clinics in Kgatelopele and Dikgatlong Local Municipalities.
