Le Méridien Saigon Honored at 2025 World Luxury Hotel Awards

Le Méridien Saigon has been honored with the title of Best Luxury City Business Hotel in Vietnam and Best Luxury Conference & Event Hotel – Global Winner at the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2025. This prestigious recognition is among the most esteemed in the hospitality industry, celebrating excellence across various categories.

Situated in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, the hotel provides easy access to major attractions and business centers. It offers modern accommodations and a wide range of dining experiences through its three restaurants: Akuna, Barson, and Latest Recipe.

The recent awards mark Le Méridien Saigon’s eighth win in 2025, covering areas such as accommodation, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), events, and dining.

By the end of October, the hotel also received the Best Luxury Lifestyle Hotel in Vietnam from the Luxury Lifestyle Awards and Best Scenic View from the Haute Grandeur Global Awards. Its culinary offerings have also been widely praised, including The Best Chef Awards 2025, which awarded one knife to Chef Sam Aisbett at the fine-dining restaurant Akuna.

Akuna was further recognized by Tatler Asia as one of the Top 20 Best Restaurants and received an award for Best Sommelier. The restaurant has also retained its Michelin star for two consecutive years (2024–2025). Meanwhile, Barson, the hotel’s ground-floor bar, was named one of Vietnam’s top 10 bars in 2024 by Tatler.

Le Méridien Saigon has also achieved Green Globe certification after undergoing a comprehensive assessment that covered over 44 criteria and nearly 400 indicators related to sustainable practices. Green Globe is one of the most respected sustainability certifications in the travel and hospitality industry, recognizing excellence in environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic impact.

The hotel’s initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and community support, are designed to provide premium yet responsible guest experiences.
