Its annual Trending Destinations list is seen as a “barometer” for measuring travelers’ interest and the growing appeal of various destinations.
This year, Phu Quoc, recognized as the most beautiful in Asia by readers of the American magazine Condé Nast Traveler, saw an impressive 184% growth in flight search activity compared to the previous year. In the first nine months of 2025 alone, Phu Quoc welcomed over 1.2 million international visitors, surpassing the total number of arrivals for the entire year of 2024, which was 980,000. This achievement marks a new record for the island’s tourism industry.
