The Sixth Edition of the Bodex Social Media Hangout (BSMH) Set to Transform Digital Discourse
The sixth edition of the Bodex Social Media Hangout (BSMH), themed “Social media and AI influence: Transforming yourself, services and the society,” is set to take place from November 21 to 23 in Lagos. This three-day event will be held at two prominent venues: the University of Lagos and the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ikeja. It promises to bring together a diverse group of tech and social media enthusiasts, including Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, to engage in discussions on the evolving role of digital platforms and artificial intelligence in shaping modern society.
The BSMH is not just an event; it is a thought leadership gathering that aims to redefine how social media and AI are perceived. As one of the most anticipated events in the digital space, it has drawn attention from professionals, academics, and innovators across various sectors. The convener of BSMH, Bodex Hungbo, emphasized that the event is designed to foster meaningful conversations about the intersection of technology, influence, and ethics.

The grand finale of the BSMH will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel and will feature the Bodex Media Awards ceremony. According to Hungbo, the awards not only honor outstanding achievements but also reinforce the core vision of the Bodex brand, which is to celebrate ethical influence, creativity, and leadership across generations.
Governor Sanwo-Olu, who will deliver a keynote speech, is set to receive the ‘Most Friendly Digital Media Governor of the Year Award’. His participation underscores the growing importance of digital engagement in governance and public communication.
