The Vice President’s efforts align with Nigeria’s broader goals of promoting environmental stewardship and ensuring that climate action remains a central focus of national policy. By emphasizing the importance of forests and oceans, Shettima highlighted the interconnectedness of natural systems and their critical role in mitigating climate change.
