David Langat, a prominent and reserved businessman from the Rift Valley, has subtly hinted at the possibility of running for governor in either Nandi or Uasin Gishu in the 2027 general election. In Uasin Gishu, we will agree with Chelilim (Bii) if he will leave it for me or I cede ground, or if I should go to vie in Nandi. I have not decided yet. We will plan when to discuss that,” he said.
