Shinsegae Wonderland: A Magical Christmas Experience
Shinsegae Department Store has unveiled its festive attraction, ‘Shinsegae Wonderland,’ offering a wide range of Christmas decorations and gift items. This immersive market aims to bring the joy of the holiday season to shoppers and visitors alike.
The store announced that the Christmas market will be open until the 30th of next month. It is located in the space connecting ‘House of Shinsegae’ and ‘Sweet Park’ on the basement level 1 of its Gangnam branch in Seocho-gu, Seoul. The area has been transformed into a ‘Tree Road,’ featuring an array of Christmas trees and ornaments. Large trees and photo zones have been set up, creating a forest-like Christmas path inside the department store.
Visitors can explore multi-brand stores offering Christmas-themed items, including Advent calendars. Thirteen brands specializing in Christmas decorations are participating in the event. These include The Village Shop, Lucia, J.Dot Tree, Focus, Uthefullife, Present Moment, Erde, Mood, Made Pani, Papimong, Good International, Mini Toy, and Sihyeonhada WYC. Each brand brings unique and creative products that cater to different tastes and preferences.
In addition to the shopping experience, various events are planned to enhance the festive atmosphere. This month, the ‘Mini Toy Gacha Shop’ will offer character goods and limited-edition merchandise. Next month, a self-photo booth will be introduced, allowing families and couples to capture memorable moments together.
A DJ space at the center of the market will play Christmas music, adding to the cheerful ambiance. Moreover, a dazzling Christmas video show will take place at House of Shinsegae, providing an engaging visual experience for all visitors.
Starting from the 14th, the main branch in Jung-gu will also open the Wonderland market on the 4th floor of ‘The Heritage.’ This location will showcase limited-edition ornaments, light frame decorations, and train candle sets designed through a collaboration between Shinsegae and the participating brands.
