NYSC Extends Registration Deadline for 2025 Batch ‘C’ Mobilisation
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has extended the online registration period for its 2025 Batch ‘C’ mobilisation by an additional 48 hours. This decision came after several prospective corps members reported challenges with the registration system due to network issues.
A statement issued on Friday by the Director of Information and Public Relations at NYSC, Caroline Embu, highlighted that some applicants are experiencing difficulties in completing their registration. The delay is attributed to network-related constraints affecting the system.
The statement read: “The management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has noted the difficulties being faced by some Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) in the ongoing registration for the 2025 Batch ‘C’ mobilisation. The longer than usual time it is taking some PCMs to complete the registration is as a result of network issues.”
NYSC expressed regret over the inconvenience caused to applicants and assured them that efforts are underway to resolve the issues. The organisation emphasized that the extension aims to provide affected candidates with sufficient time to complete their registration without further complications.
“While management regrets the inconvenience this might have caused our valued PCMs, we wish to assure all that we are working round the clock to resolve the issues and ensure they enjoy seamless registration,” Embu said.
She added that the registration will now run until midnight of Tuesday, November 11, 2025, to accommodate those still struggling with completion. The statement further explained: “In view of this regrettable development, management has extended the registration period by 48 hours till midnight of Tuesday November 11, 2025 to enable our enthusiastic PCMs conclude their registration.”
