Former Minister of National Planning, Prof. Abubakar Sulaiman, emphasized the crucial role of strong and effective legislative institutions in achieving meaningful development during a recent event.
Sulaiman made these remarks at the opening of a five-day capacity-building workshop for parliamentary staff of the Parliamentary Institute of Benin (IPaB) in Abuja.
